Congratulations, you're pregnant or planning on having a baby soon! Your body is about to go through some big changes and in order to best prepare you for pregnancy and childbirth it's vitally important, providing that you're not experiencing any complications, that you continue to exercise in a safe manner. This will help you recover from childbirth and reduce the risk of things like gestational diabetes. 

 

Prenatal classes are for mums-to-be looking to maintain or improve their fitness. Complete exercises that are safe and supervised by experienced physiotherapists. Small groups enable our Physios to ensure you have plenty of hands on attention and focus.

Postnatal classes for mums and bubs (0-6 months) enable safe exercise to regain fitness and strength, and help recover from birth/ bond with bub, with the guidance of an experienced physiotherapist in groups of maximum 4 (+ bubs).
