Keeping you in the game with a focus on injury prevention

Female athletes are up to 8 times more likely to tear their ACL than male athletes, leading to season-ending injuries.

More than 70% of ACL injuries occur without a collision, occurring as a result of a deceleration episode such as landing from a jump, a pivot or when the knee buckles.

One of the leading factors for this is due to strength and control of the muscles that protect the knee during pivoting, cutting and landing activities.

Our strength and conditioning programs for all female athletes incorporate athlete & sport specific strengthening for common female injuries.

Not only are our Strength & Conditioning team experts in what they do, but they work closely with our Physiotherapists.

We provide a seamless transition between acute injury management (physiotherapy) to Return to play (Strength & Conditioning).

Our Physiotherapists, Remedial Massage Therapists, Strength & Conditioning Coaches all work closely together to ensure that we give you what you need to become the best athlete you can be.

We are experienced in a wide range of sports, including Rugby, Netball, Football, Basketball and Aussie Rules.

Our Coaches want to give back and help the next generation of female athletes to get the right training and create a pathway for their personal success whether that is to avoid injury or to win a school premiership, a club premiership or to make it all the way to the top of your game.
