Cancellation Policy

Our goal is to provide quality health care to all our patients in a timely manner. No-shows, late arrivals, and cancellations inconvenience not only our providers, but our other patients as well. Please be aware of our policy regarding missed appointments.

When you book your appointment, you are holding a space on our calendar that is no longer available to our other patients. In order to be respectful of your fellow patients, please call as soon as you know you will not be able to make your appointment.

If cancellation is necessary, we require that you call at least 24 hours in advance. Many small businesses are still recovering from the impacts of COVID, the winter flu season, and now a pending recession. If you cancel or reschedule within 24 hours, it is likely that we will not be able to fill your appointment slot and so a $50 cancellation charge will be payable. We only ask for $50 (not the full appointment value) so that as a small business we are able to pay the wages for our team members and not be out of pocket.
