Nathan Drummond

Nathan or Drummo as we like to call him qualified from ACU with a Bachelor of Exercise & Sports Science in 2018 and has completed further education obtaining the ASCA Level 1 Strength & Conditioning qualification.

Drummo loves contributing to an individual’s passion to improve their performance within their chosen sport/goals and seeing them succeed.

He believes the difference between being a Personal Trainer and Coaching is you have to understand the difference between what an athlete/client wants and what they need to help improve their performance.

We would bet an S&C session that you couldn’t find a bloke more passionate about women’s footy in Melbourne than Drummo. He has worked for Kew Football Club as their Strength & Conditioning Coach since 2018 where he has been instrumental in rolling out an ACL injury prevention warmup for the women. In 2022 he also tried his hand at coaching and helped the Kew Women’s Squad to the VAFA William Buck Premier Grand Final.
